This policy describes how Konfector handles the personal data collected through its site and services. Clearly and concisely.
1. Who collects your data?
Konfector, an independent web development studio, is the data controller. Contact: contact@konfector.fr.
2. What data?
Only what you voluntarily send us through the contact form: name, email, company, project type, budget, message.
3. Why?
To respond to your quote or information request. Nothing else.
4. For how long?
Emails received through the form are kept as long as the business relationship is active, then archived for 3 years or deleted on request.
5. Vercel Analytics (cookieless)
We use Vercel Analytics to count visits in an anonymous and aggregated way. No cookie is set, no unique identifier is created. GDPR compliant without a consent banner.
6. Technical subprocessors
Our site is hosted with Vercel (USA, Data Privacy Framework agreements). No other third-party tracker: no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object. Write to us at contact@konfector.fr. We reply within 7 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the French data authority (CNIL): cnil.fr.
8. Sécurité
Our site follows modern security standards: HTTPS, Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, HSTS preload, zero third-party tracking JavaScript.
